For many years, Roscan has been offering high quality wood cutting boards. Many Roscan wood boards are Canadian made and constructed with the highest grades of domestic hardwoods. Not only does the new carving board set has the same characteristics as the other products from the collection, it is also designed to allow a nylon cutting board to be inserted into juice groove. Inserted into the carving side, the nylon insert is firmly maintained in place while in use. On one side of the carving board, the channels are deep enough to secure all the flavorful meat juices; the reverse side is flat and easy enough on knife edges for chopping. Wood’s porous surface has always been known to be more delicate to clean, and with the nylon board inserted, it is now easy and fast to ensure the safety of the food you prepare since the nylon board is dishwasher safe.
