Knives

Roscan Novacut Collection is a line of high quality knives.  The entire collection offers six functional styles:

• The Rosewood Style : Superb high quality stainless steel, full tang knives with a sturdy 3-rivet lacquered wood handle. This design presents seven pieces : chef knife, meat slicer, bread knife, santuko knife, boning knife, utility knife, and paring knife.
• The Forged Style : Durable satin finish, corrosion resistant, full tang knives with a forged stainless steel blade. Five pieces are available for this design including the chef knife, meat slicer, bread knife, utility knife and paring knife.
• The Everyday Style, full tang: High quality stainless steel blade with slender and easy-grip plastic handle bonded with three stainless steel rivets. Dishwasher safe, this style presents five pieces : chef knife, bread knife, meat slicer, utility knife and paring knife.
• The Forged Soft Grip Style : Stainless steel forged knife with a soft non-slip rubber handle. The design presents five pieces : chef knife, bread knife, meat slicer, utility knife and paring knife.
• The E-Sharp Style: “Eversharp” knives that never need sharpening. Stainless steel blade and sturdy ABS plastic handle. This style offers 6 pieces : chef knife, bread knife, meat slicer, utility knife, boning knife and paring knife.
• The Forged Santuko Soft Grip Style : Fine quality stainless steel santuko knives, durable satin finish, sturdy blade with unique indentations to help release food after cutting and a Santoprene non-slip rubber handle. This design features three pieces : 8.5″ santuko knife, 6.5″ santuko Knife and 4,75″ santuko Knife.

The Novacut Collection also offers accessories such as carving sets (carving fork and carving knife combinations), sharpening steels, poultry shears and kitchen scissors. Steak knife sets and boxed knife sets with wood block are also part of this collection.
