How to: Keep Your Classic Roscan Peeler SharpFrancais

Yes, it is possible to keep your Classic Roscan Peeler sharp and new.  A Classic Peeler is a vertical peeler: handle and blade both running in same direction.

Hold your Roscan Peeler firmly in one hand.  With a knife sharpener firmly in the other hand run the steel back and forth in a circular motion across the blade of the Roscan Peeler blade.  You should be seeing the blade turning shiny and sharp.  It is important to do the circular motion to be sure to cover all surface of the Roscan Peeler blade.

Wipe the blade to clean off any dirt or old steel sharpened off, then try it on a vegetable or fruit!  Continue until both sides of the Roscan Peeler blade are sharp. 

This 2 minute process should give new life to your Classic Roscan Peeler.
