Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1-teaspoon fine salt
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Baking instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Put butter on a napkin and spread butter on to all areas of your Roscan pan.
- Whisk the sugars, eggs, butter and vanilla in our practical mixing bowls until smooth.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl.
- Put the ingredients of both of these bowls together and stir with our popular purchased wooden spoon (wood is made in Canada for it); Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Make sure to make scoops with a tablespoon, place each scoop of dough onto the prepared pans given about 2-inches apart from each scoop on the pan.
- Bake, until golden, to have cookies soft in the center bake for about 12 to 16 minutes, depending on your family’s preference of how chewy or crunchy they love there cookies.
- Transfer hot cookies with our wide variety of specula’s.
- Serve and enjoy after a lovely meal with your family.
