Deluxe Quality – Roscan’s Deluxe Bakeware collection features superior durability and even heat distribution. The 0.6mm heavy gauge steel, a non-stick coating, and reinforced top edges provide excellent results. All items are sufficiently thick to prevent warping and the non stick coating is double layered to last. Choose from an assortment of essentials items, such as angel cake pans, fluted cake pans, pie plates, muffin pans, round pans, loaf pans and cookie sheets.

Professional Quality – Made of commercial weight 1.0mm steel, with a double layered non-stick Xylon coating, this professional grade of bakeware includes spring form pans, cookie sheets, angel food cake pans, muffin pans and more. Extremely durable, this line is heavier in gauge than regular bakeware for a more uniform heat distribution and will not rust or warp. The non stick coating ensures fast and easy release and clean up.

Miniature Bakeware – Create elegant, single serving desserts and breakfast treats with our miniature baking pans. Made of premium 0.4mm cast aluminum, with a nonstick Xylon coating for easy release and cleanup. A variety of designs can produce great shapes with bite size results, including the heart shaped cake pan! All are dishwasher safe.

Silicone – Roscan delivers the latest goods in bakeware technology. Seven essential baking molds made of FDA approved food-grade silicone. This appliance friendly bakeware does the rounds from freezer to microwave to oven to dishwasher. Flexible and non-stick, they can withstand heat up to 230°C (450°F) and they require less oven time. Unbelievably, all pans fold for compact storage.
